4. Problems during vulcanization: If the vulcanization time is insufficiently long, the pressure during vulcanization is too low, or there are too many impurities in the vulcanizing agent, bubbles will be produced.
5. The product is too thick, which results in a slower heat transfer of the rubber. Eventually, only the outer surface is fully vulcanized, while the interior is filled with air bubbles.

The injection material flow rate should be reduced. In the processing process, an excessively fast injection material flow rate is also a significant cause of bubble formation.
